The one major mistake TDP Chief Chandrbabu Naidu made in Telangana Assembly elections was joining hands with the Congress. The mistake has proven to be so costly that TDP has almost lost its base in Telangana.
Most of the party leaders have jumped into TRS and BJP. Even the well known faces like Devender Goud and Revuri Prakash Reddy are set to join the Lotus Party very soon.
So Naidu is now hoping to get back the lost glory for TDP in Telangana. Regarding this, Naidu also pooled the party workers and instructed them to work towards revitalizing the party in the state.
It is widely believed that, Telangana Chief Minister KCR joined hands with YSRCP Chief Jagan Mohan Reddy in the past and troubled Chandrababu. The instructions of KCR, helped Jagan to form government is what many believe. So unwilling to face bigger problems from KCR like Cash for vote case, Naidu had been silent for long and even stayed away from contesting the Lok Sabha elections.
At this point of time, if Naidu decides to revive the party, he is supposed to go against the TRS government with some standard criticisms. So it should be seen, whether Naidu takes the risk and go against KCR, for revitalizing TDP in Telangana.
