Telugu Desam Party president, and Andhra Pradesh’s ex-Chief Minsiter, Chandrababu Naidu, is currently touring all the districts of Andhra Pradesh, which he intends to do throughout the next year. On Friday, he condemned the violence committed against the family of the ex-mayor of Chittoor and TDP leader Kathari Hemalatha.
Naidu also called out the Chittoor police department, who he said acted on the will of the YSRCP government, to be in their good books, rather than acting towards the interest of the people, and towards justice. He said that the TDP wouldn’t spare any wrongdoers, and any police personnel who contributed to the violence in the district.
On the other hand, TDP National General Secretary, Nara Lokesh, recently said that the TDP would fight a legal battle against the YSRCP, on behalf of all the TDP members who have been vicitmised by the YSRCP since the time it came to power. He also said that everything will be made right once the TDP comes to power.
