Going with the paper proofs, Akkineni Nagarjuna, the host of Bigg Boss Telugu Season 3 has won over the hosts of the earlier seasons- Jr NTR and Nani.
The first day TRPs of Bigg Boss 3 Telugu is 17.92 which is much higher than season 1 (16.18) and season 2 (15.05). Akkineni fans are celebrating the occasion, considering it as the victory of Nagarjuna alone. But in reality, the TRPs would have been same, even if there was any other star in place of Nagarjuna. Such is the kind of craze, the show has among the audience.
Though the mega reality show had completed several seasons in Hindi, shockingly, it is the Telugu Bigg Boss that was able to cross all the TRPs of other languages, including Hindi and registered a record TRP rating on its opening day. But due to the poor editing of the episodes and not many notable celebrities as contestants, the season 3 is finding it tough to get the required mileage now.

Meanwhile, elated over the opening day TRPs, Nag said that he is ensuring to fit into the show with suitable body language. Before Bigg Boss, Nagarjuna, in one of his interviews, said that he is not at all interested in the show.
But it seems, he is finally enjoying the success of it and it should be seen, whether the grand reception helps him to pick up more energy and present the best hosting skills in the coming episodes.
