Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, who wowed audiences with their performances in the musical romantic-drama “Love Story” (2021), are teaming up once more. This time, they’re working on a patriotic action film called “Thandel.”
Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, known for movies like Premam and the Karthikeya franchise, Thandel tells the story of a fisherman from Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, who, along with 21 others, gets detained in Pakistan.
The teaser released already has created a lot of buzz. They are currently shooting in Hyderabad, focusing on an intense action scene involving Chaitanya and fighters. The action choreography is overseen by Supreme Sundar, who previously worked on a thrilling sequence, the fight between Ranbhir Kapoor and Bobby Deol in the movie ‘Animal.’
This action block promises to be a major highlight in ‘Thandel,’. It is being said that this action sequence is being made lavishly and is one of the biggest in Naga Chaitanya’s career. The movie is being produced by Bunny Vasu and presented by Allu Aravind under the Geetha Arts banner.
