Coronavirus outbreak has revealed the responsibility and love of our national leaders towards the citizens and their intent to save the vulnerable people in this critical lockdown period. Till now Prime Minister Narendra Modi has conducted four conferences with the Chief Ministers and every time they asked for funds but the Centre hasn’t responded positively yet.
In all the conferences, Modi is just advising the Chief Ministers to impose stringent restrictions and is motivating them to come out of this crisis situation on their own but haven’t ensured any support from the center at all. For citizens, he is just explaining the situation and is giving random tasks to uplift the spirits.
In his first conference, he raised discussion about the upcoming economic crisis and all Chief Ministers rested a lot of hopes on the release of relief funds which will come aid to fight more efficiently with the COVID-19. But, in the last three conferences, he just instructed them to strict the lockdown actions and didn’t even mention about the ongoing economic crisis.
In this crisis period, the center should announce some crucial packages to the states in need but Modi is in no mood to do the required. In his last conference, Kerala CM Pinaary Vijayan was absent. Of course, who would listen to the route words and repeated instructions without any support? Even it is the Prime Minister on the other side.
