The Mega Parents-Teachers Meeting (Mega PTM 3.0) held at Bhamini Model School and Junior College in Palakonda, Parvathipuram Manyam district, turned into a vibrant festival-like event with a massive turnout of students and parents. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu received a warm welcome from Education and IT Minister Nara Lokesh upon arriving at the school campus. Together, they formally launched the Guaranteed FLN (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy) initiative in government schools. The Chief Minister and the Minister interacted with students and reviewed how the FLN app tracks learning abilities and progress reports. They also examined the Jadoo Pithaar and various FLN learning materials designed to enhance foundational education.

The Chief Minister and Minister Lokesh later visited key learning spaces, including the Sports Room, Skill and Learning Lab, and STEM Lab. They appreciated the achievements of students excelling in various sports and observed several innovative projects created by the children. The Chief Minister interacted with students, asked about their ideas, and posed for memorable photographs with them.

After the lab visits, the Chief Minister and Minister Lokesh held an interactive session with parents and teachers of Class 9 students. They reviewed attendance records, student progress reports, and sought feedback on teaching methods, school performance, and learning outcomes. They also enquired about the quality of mid-day meals under the Dhokka Seethamma scheme and the well-being of parents. The session concluded with group photos alongside parents and teachers.

A key highlight of the event was the formal introduction of the Clicker Method in government schools. The Chief Minister and Minister Lokesh launched this digital assessment system at Bhamini Model School and interacted with Class 10 students during a live demonstration. A video lesson was played in the classroom, followed by student assessment using clickers. Minister Lokesh explained that around 2,300 Clicker-based video lessons have been developed to make learning interactive and measurable. The leaders later posed for photos with students, teachers, and parents.

Cultural and educational performances added colour to the Mega PTM. School Principal G. Baburao presented the annual report, followed by a captivating recitation on moral values by a Class 6 student, Kedar Sai. A thought-provoking speech by intermediate student CH. Shobharani focused on cleanliness, Swachh Andhra–Swarna Andhra, menstrual hygiene, and the impact of child marriages. Girl students from Classes 6 to 12 performed basic self-defense techniques, highlighting the importance of safety and empowerment. The Chief Minister and Minister Lokesh joined students and parents for lunch, marking a warm conclusion to the event.

The programme was attended by Education Department Principal Secretary Kona Shashidhar, Commissioner Vijaya Rama Raju, Samagra Shiksha State Project Director B. Srinivasa Rao, local MLA Nimmaka Jayakrishna, Manyam District Collector N. Prabhakar Reddy, Bhamini Model School Principal G. Baburao, SMC Chairman Vanapalli Ravikumar, and several other officials.
