Prabhas, a big Pan-Indian star, has a lineup of movies, including an upcoming project with director Hanu Raghavapudi. The film, backed by Mythri Movie Makers, is rumoured to have a whopping budget of 300Cr and will explore a love story set against the backdrop of World War 2.

While this budget might seem justified for a star like Prabhas, taking on such a massive investment with a director primarily known for different genres could pose risks.

Unlike action films that can thrive on impressive sequences, love stories heavily rely on the chemistry between the lead pair, emotional depth, and captivating music. The success of this venture might hinge more on these elements than just action set pieces.

Although Prabhas’ pan-Indian appeal lessens the risk, such a colossal investment might bring forth challenges, particularly considering the genre shift and expectations associated with a love story.
