Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru raked in Rs.200 Crores at the box office and it has slowed down its run in all areas. However, the audience felt that the train episode of Bandla Ganesh has nothing to offer and moreover those scenes irritated the audience due to its length.
Two roles in the film are completely wasted as those characters created nothing impact. One is Bandla Ganesh and the other is Prakash Raj, who has become monotonous in recent times. It is learned that Anil Ravipudi wanted to rope in Jagapathi Babu instead of Prakash Raj. But, due to pressure from Mahesh Babu, Anil roped in Prakash Raj for Kurnool politician role.
Jagapathi Babu was deeply hurt because he even alotted dates for the film. But later, the makers excluded film from the project. Now, he might feel happy after seeing Prakash Raj’s role as his role didn’t ignite any sparks in the theatres.
Well, we feel if the makers could have roped in Jagapathi Babu, the politician role may have novelty factor as Prakash Raj has already done such roles in the past.
