With no other competition in the theaters, Maharshi movie is heading towards big numbers.
The Super Star’s much anticipated film has initially started with a divided talk and later went on to become a super hit. The post-release promotion strategies have helped the film in improving its run.
Maharshi has finally entered the prestigious Rs. 100 crore club now, and it is the 4th film to do the feat, after Baahubali, Khaidi No 150 and Rangasthalam.
The makers have revealed that the film has collected a total theatrical share of Rs. 102.42 crore in 16 days. Maharshi is all set to surpass Khaidi No 150 collections soon, but it is still far away from Rangasthalam lifetime collections. The trade experts opine that as the film has already completed two weeks of run, it may not touch Ram Charan blockbuster’s collections.
Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, Maharshi has Pooja Hegde as the female lead and Allari Naresh played a prominent role in the film. Dil Raju, PVP and Ashwini Dutt jointly produced Maharshi with a huge budget.
