The most happening superstar of Tollywood, Mahesh Babu for his noble deeds and charity works. It is known that few years ago he adopted two villages in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. One of the two villages was Burripalem, a minor panchayat in Tenali rural manual. Interestingly it is also said to be his native village. And another one is Siddapuram.
The village Burripalem was also featured in his father, Krishna’s movies like ‘Praja Rajyam’, ‘Pacchani Samsaram’ and ‘Burripalem Bullodu’.
The superstar along with his wife Namrata and their team were engaged in several philanthropic activities in the village for the last couple of years. The couple had been communicating with villagers and been solving their problems occasionally.
Due to the adverse impact of rising covid -19 case load surrounding second wave has brought huge loss across the nation. It was known that these two villages were worst affected.
In this view, now the villagers brought to their notice about the ongoing scarcity of vaccines, and other medical needs. Reportedly, Mahesh Babu soon extended support by providing Covid vaccines, oxygen supplement etc for all the people of these two villages – Burripalem and Siddapuram with the aid of government officials.
