The first look of Superstar Rajinikanth from his upcoming film Annaatthe was unveiled today, coinciding with the celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi. A motion picture from the film is also set to be released later today at 6 PM.

Directed by Siruthai Siva, the family action-drama will open in cinemas worldwide on November 4 to cash in on the Deepavali holiday. The release of the film was postponed many times owing to the production setbacks caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Produced by Sun Pictures, Annaatthe has an ensemble cast comprising names like Khushbu, Meena, Keerthy Suresh, Prakash Raj and Soori in important roles. D Imman will compose the music. Director Siva is teaming up for the first time with the 70-year-old actor in Annaatthe.
