Telugu Desam Party National General Secretary, Nara Lokesh, is currently on his Yuvagalam padayatra, where he is interacting with the youth of the state. He had earlier waited for a long time for the AP government’s approval of the padayatra, and after a long delay, he was given permission for the yatra, but only in the Kuppam constituency. While this resulted in a lot of debated about police unity in the state, the political leader started his yatra finally.
He was interacting with the youth today at the GMR Kalyana Mantapam, at the Hello Lokesh programme. He said that the youth was going backwards with respect to development and every other aspect. He said that the YSRCp government, led by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, has done nothing but bad for the state, in all the years that they’ve been in power.
He pointed out the various fake promises that Jagan made to the people of AP, and ended up not fulfilling any one of them. This included getting the state a special status, the number of jobs he promised for the youth, and even the 3 capitals issue. Jagan had promised to keep Amaravati as the capital, but was very quick to change his stance as soon as he became the CM.
