After TDP faced a bitter defeat in the recent elections, several leaders lost hopes on the party and left it. Now in the latest, TDP MLA Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary made some interesting comments on party chief Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh.
“Naidu is not daring enough to take big decisions, as he is much worried of the consequences,” he said raising doubts among the TDP activists.
But later, the senior leader appreciated Nara Lokesh, saying that he has all the capabilities to take the party forward. It is an open secret that Lokesh is nowhere comparable to the abilities of Naidu in the party.

Even the TDP activists and other leaders of the party, cannot imagine the party’s leadership going into the hands of Lokesh. There were numerous incidents, when Lokesh fumbled his words in the political meetings, which were used as fodder for the memes.
It seems, Naidu asked Butchaiah to showcase Lokesh as an efficient leader, so that it helps the young leader to get some mileage in the party and also the public, after Naidu announces his retirement to the politics.
