The Values Education Conference held at Tummalapalli Kalakshetram in Vijayawada turned into a grand celebration filled with enthusiasm, cultural spirit, and positive energy. The programme was organized by the Education Department and witnessed a huge turnout of students and teachers from various institutions.

Education and IT Minister Nara Lokesh and renowned scholar and Andhra Pradesh Government’s Moral Values Advisor, Brahmashri Chaganti Koteshwar Rao, attended the event as chief guests. Their arrival was warmly welcomed with a traditional Poorna Kumbham reception. Minister Nara Lokesh showed his deep respect towards elders and teachers by touching the feet of Brahmashri Chaganti Koteshwar Rao, which received wide appreciation from the audience.

The event began with the lighting of the lamp, followed by Vedic blessings offered to the guests by scholars. Students presented impressive cultural performances showcasing tradition, discipline, and creativity, which captivated everyone present.

Brahmashri Chaganti Koteshwar Rao delivered a powerful and inspiring discourse focusing on moral values, discipline, respect, and character building among youth. After the speech, students asked several questions related to education, values, and career, to which both Minister Lokesh and Chaganti Koteshwar Rao gave detailed and encouraging answers.

To honor his contribution, Minister Nara Lokesh, along with Assembly Speaker and Government Whip Bonda Uma Maheswara Rao, felicitated Brahmashri Chaganti Koteshwar Rao with a special memento and a traditional shawl. The audience applauded the gesture, making the moment memorable.

The conference concluded on a highly positive note, leaving students motivated and inspired. With massive participation from students and teachers, the event successfully highlighted the importance of value-based education and cultural learning in shaping the future generation.
