Indian Government has launched few lock downs in the recent times and each lock down has its own set of rules. Most of the times, the central Government took vital decisions over the states in India to make sure the spread is controlled. All the states followed the strict orders from the center.
In lock down 4.0, reports are raising in the media that the state Governments will be given more powers. As each state has its own trend of raising cases, central Government is said to be in thoughts of giving the opportunity to the state Governments to take their own decisions on the restrictions.
On the domestic air travel, central Government is in the plans of letting flights fly between the states where both the state Governments agree for the relaxation of air travel restriction. Depending on the zones, the Governments can relax the rules in the respective safe zones. Lock down 4.0 will have more facilities reopening compared to the previous lock down.
