The musical concert of Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha’s upcoming film, Kushi, took place in Hyderabad last night. The director of the film, Shiva Nirvana, was present at the film, along with the rest of the crew of the film. Hesham Abdul Wahab, the music director of the film, is making his Telugu debut with this film and has managed to create waves in the industry with just his first film.
The musical concert was a grand success, with Vijay and Samantha making a different entry to the event than what we usually see in events. They danced together on the stage for the title of the film and entertained the audience by interacting with them and making them sing as well. This remains the main highlight of the event, in which the various singers that are part of the film’s album came together to sing the songs of the film, live.
Talking about the film, director Shiva said that he’s sure that the audiences will associate with the film and the emotions of the two central characters. He said he hopes everyone will love the film when it releases on September 1st. Samantha thanked the director and the producers of the film for being very supportive of her throughout the film’s journey, given that she was diagnosed with Myositis midway through the shooting of the film. She said that she hopes and prays that this film will entertain the audience and make them fall in love with the film.
Vijay Deverakonda said that he’s immensely confident about the film and how it has turned out to be. He said that he wishes to see a big smile on the faces of everyone that’s worked on the film. He said that he wants to see a big smile on the audiences’ face more than anything else, because he hasn’t been able to do that in a long time.
