TRS working President and son of Chief Minister KCR, KT Rama Rao is always doing live interactions with fans on Twitter, and is also very quick to respond to many misgivings in the state. He has proven time and again that he will look after an issue if it is taken to his notice.
A live session has been going on, on Twitter, for over an hour now, and the minister is trying his best to answer every valid question that’s been posed to him. However, at the same time, he is also clearly falling short when it comes to handling rather controversial questions.
When a user asked KTR about the Lift Irrigation project that Jagan plans to construct so that Rayalaseema gets water, and said that Southern Telangana would become a desert as a result, KTR said that there would be no compromises when it comes to the state, despite the cordial relationship that the CMs of AP and Telangana share. This is surely not going to go down well with fans of Jagan Mohan Reddy, and members of the YSRCP.
Then when a user asked why the Telangana government was not updating the people of the state with a proper Health Bulletin, about the situation of Coronavirus in the state, KTR simply asked the user to check the Health Bulletin which covers all the details. It is by now very clear to all the people of Telangana that the Telangana government has been doing a poor job in the way it’s been handling the situation of Coronavirus, especially with respect to the health bulletins and number of tests being done. Had KTR answered more honestly, it would’ve been great. But the way he handled the question looked as though he was trying hard to dismiss all the negativity by force.
A user asked KTR about the statement he made regarding the prizes the government would get if it conducted more tests everyday. This statement of his has been going around on social media for a few days now, and KTR spoke about this statement in the most dissatisfactory manner. He said that he meant that each state worked in a different way, and that each state is dealing with the pandemic differently. However, the fact is that the government of Telangana is working in the most callous manner when it comes to dealing with Coronavirus. If only KTR acknowledged the situation the way it was, it would have really made sense, but this only made things a lot worse.
We will fight for our rightful share in Krishna waters. Already an SLP has been filed in Supreme Court by Telangana Govt https://t.co/tQv2Kc3Ykd

Please don’t focus on the negative news
The same Gandhi hospital and its team have treated more than thousands of patients and sent them home safe
They’ve been doing their best
Of course there is scope to improve and we will https://t.co/45qVWITzWI

What i meant was that we are not in race with any other state
Each state has its own set of challenges and we will work towards combating the pandemic as per WHO and ICMR guidelines https://t.co/k0KUbGOjJR
