Today, January 9, will play a significant role in creating a new discourse for Telangana politics as KTR will be attending the ACB investigation in the Formula E case.
In this connection, KTR filed a petition at court, requesting permission to be accompanied by his lawyer while being questioned by the ACB authorities. The case came to a hearing at the court today, and the judgement is reasonably in favour to KTR.
The Court has ruled that Advocate Ramachander is permitted to accompany KTR to the ACB office during the ongoing investigation. The investigation, overseen by the investigating officer, is being conducted in the designated investigation room.
As per the court’s directive, Advocate Ramachander may observe the proceedings from the library adjacent to the investigation room, using the library window for observation.
While KTR had already confirmed that he is ready to part take in the investigation, he was very firm on having his lawyer by his side. After the ACB opposed to this proposal, he approached the Telangana High Court and managed to secure a reasonably favourable judgement. He will be accompanied by his lawyer while being investigated by the ACB today.
