TRS party working president and Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao is on a roll these days after he had a review meeting about the Dubbaka hiccup. Now, it seems KCR subsided Harish Rao completely from the GHMC campaigning and gave that responsibility to his son. Hence, KCR is doing what he is known for.
KTR went heavy on BJP saying that they had done nothing to Telangana in the past five years. In a most amazing fashion he added that AP people and most importantly Amaravati people are the victims of this national party which is cited as an example.
This fire brand leader said that BJP has promised a lot at the Amaravati foundation ceremony to the AP people and has shown them empty hands at the end. “It had given nothing except water and mud,” he added.
KTR alleged that the BJP had done practically nothing to the Telangana state. He threw down a gauntlet to the BJP and asked its leaders to get Rs 1 lakh crore package for Hyderabad, if they had the commitment to develop Telangana.
KTR bringing in Amaravati issue as a part of his campaigning is definitely an unexpected move and yet the BJP has promised to extend flood relief of Rs 25,000 to each of the flood victims. In this same issue the TRS was highly criticized as their leaders were allegedly involved in a huge scam in the distribution of the funds. So, it might be the reason behind KTR’s frustration and hence he might’ve brought Amaravathi issue on board.
