It is known that Telangana minister KT Ramarao’s comments on power cuts and damaged roads in AP at a meeting in Hyderabad had irked the ruling YSRCP leaders of Andhra Pradesh.
The YSRCP leaders, including ministers, lashed out at KTR for making objectionable comments about AP. However, the Telangana Minister has now reacted to his comments about the CM Jagan led state.
Taking to Twitter, KTR wrote, “It appears that an innocuous comment that I had made at a meeting earlier today may have caused some unintentional pain to my friends in AP.”
“I enjoy a great brotherly equation with AP CM Jagan Garu & wish that the state prospers under his leadership,” he added.
Without taking the name of Andhra Pradesh, KTR in the meeting said one of his friends called him up after a Sankranti vacation in that state and spoke about the horrible civic conditions there, especially unstable power supply, drinking water problems and battered roads. The Telangana minister said his friend felt relaxed and can breathe easy after coming back to Hyderabad.
