The stage was set for Krack‘s grand release today but unforeseen circumstances pertaining to financial dues have led to a momentary delay in release.
When we dug deep, we got to know a few interesting details regarding the financial mess surrounding Krack’s release.
Apparently, B Madhu who is producing Krack had previously borrowed around Rs 10 crores from Screen Scene Media while he was producing the Tamil remake of Temper, Ayodhya.
Madhu had signed an agreement with Screen Scene Media, saying he would clear his dues by the time Krack releases in theatres. However, he failed to do so and the company filed a case against Madhu and the release of Krack has been halted now.
Krack will be permitted to release in theatres only if the pending dues are cleared by the producer.
Multiplexes in Hyderabad have suspended ticket bookings for Krack as there is no update on the release thus far.
