The recent death of Former speaker of AP assembly, Kodela Siva Prasad is taking the numerous turns. After the attacks and counter attacks by the ruling and opposition parties, now an outsider, claiming to be a fan of Kodela, has filed a PIL in the Telangana High Court.
Named Anil Kumar, he included Telangana government, Banjara Hills CI and CBI as respondents, in his petition. He later spoke to the media, saying that he has many doubts about Kodela’s death. “He is not that weak person to commit suicide just for the cases against him”, Anil said.

He suspected Kodela son’s involvement in the tragedy, saying that he might have committed the crime, only to get the sympathy and thus escape from the cases against him. “I request the Telangana High court to summon CBI to probe Kodela’s death mystery,” Anil said.
It should be noted that even Kodela’s nephew blamed Sivaram for the former’s death and also informed Guntur police about it.
Meanwhile, the TDP activists on the social media are alleging that the AP government has arranged Anil, to trouble Kodela’s family. YSRCP activists, on the other side, are however defending the ruling party.
