Telangana Chief Minister KCR has almost shattered all his dreams about Federal Front. The dynamic CM has now hinted that he would be in support of Congress. These signals from KCR have reached even the national party and PA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi reportedly has also invited him for a meeting on 23rd of this month, which is also the election results day.
To make sure Prime Minister Narendra Modi loses in the elections this time, Congress is considering that TRS would be the best choice of support. A few of the TRS leaders have conveyed that KCR is okay to support Congress, but the national party has to give up its chances in Telangana.
TRS has emerged as a super power in Telangana, with no opposition party is not even in a position to give a tough competition. While Congress has minimal chances to make a considerable impact, as the party claims that it declared the separate statehood of Telangana, at this point of time, if Congress accepts to give up chances in the new state, TRS will be unstoppable in Telangana for many more years to come.
Meanwhile, the Congress’ Legislative Party will be merged into TRS Legislative Party very soon. It should be seen how all these calculations would take a shape after the election results, as Congress should breach a minimum of 100 seats to have any chances.
