Jagan Mohan Reddy, who is going to swear in as the new Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, has met Telangana Chief Minister KCR in Hyderabad, upon the latter’s invitation.
KCR, who was against TDP for contesting in Telangana assembly elections, has said that he would give a return gift to TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu during AP elections. As said, it is widely believed that the TS government extended its secret support to YSRCP and thus became one of the reasons in the humongous victory of Jagan’s party.
The TS government is strictly against Andhra parties contesting in Telangana. If this is the case, will Jagan continue to stay away from Telangana, unwilling to take risk from KCR is a question.
During the recent meeting of the duo, KCR was heard saying to Jagan that there should be a mutual cooperation between the Chief Ministers of the Telugu states, for the development in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. In this regard, TS CM also suggested to use 2700 TMC water to Godavari districts, as they are going waste in Telangana.
It seems, KCR will be ready to extend any sort of cooperation to the YSRCP government in AP, until Jagan ignores TS elections.
