Telangana Chief Minister KCR is spotted being friendly with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, several times in the recent past. Adding to it, he also wished to have mutual support for the development of both the Telugu states. But on the other side, the TS CM is also planning to throw away Andhra employees working in various departments in Telangana government.
According to AP Reorganisation Act, 2014, the government employees will be given the choice of choosing the state government under which they are willing to work. So, the several government employees, especially in the Secretariat, TS Transco, TS Genco and other Heads of Departments (HoD) offices, have chosen to work under TS government. So now the employees are confined to work in their chosen state till their retirement.

But in the recent meeting of KCR and Jagan, the former asked the latter to take all the AP employees working in Telangana to Andhra based on their nativity. KCR is planning to fill all such positions with the natives of Telangana and he feels only then cordial ties between both the states can be maintained well.
While Jagan, after his swearing-in as CM, always reacted positively to every request of KCR, it should be seen, how he manages to handle the latest request, which is quite sensitive issue to deal with.
