Andhra Pradesh minister Devineni Uma Maheshwara Rao came up with some sensational comments on opposition leader Jagan Mohan Reddy, regarding the latter’s new party office in Amaravathi.
Most of the YSRCP electioneering strategies were run by Jagan, from his Lotus Pond residence in Hyderabad. But he shifted the entire set-up to AP new capital Amaravathi, a few days ago, claiming that it is to run training for counting agents there. Adding to it, as YSRCP is extremely confident of forming the government this time, his party operations, shifting to capital city were found as a gesture for his confidence on winning the election.
Now going against such gesture, Minister Devineni said that Telangana Chief Minister KCR threw Jagan out of the state, as the former wants to clear all the oppositions and rule the state all alone.
“Though TRS supported YSRCP in the form of offering huge funds for poll expenditure, the party still couldn’t gain an edge over TDP, which is what disturbed KCR,” the Minister said.
While TDP always went against YSRCP for allegedly having secret relations with TRS, Devineni’s comments against the opposition leader have now become the talk of the political circles. A few of the TDP circles are opining that Devineni’s comments zeroed the chances of cornering the opposition leader, linking him with KCR in the future. So, will the TDP come up with any fresh strategies to go against Jagan now? Let’s see.
