Telangana Chief Minister KCR said that the TRS will extend issue-based support to the Centre, as it did during the latter’s previous term.
Speaking to the media, KCR said that TRS is never a part of the NDA. “I promoted Federal Front and I still stick to it. Yes. What is wrong in it?” asked Rao during his first interaction with the media after Lok Sabha polls.
Slashing the criticisms of BJP leaders who said that KCR skipped NITI Aayog meet, as he was yet to get over the shock of defeat, the TS CM said that TRS won Assembly elections with three-fourth majority, got majority of seats in Lok Sabha and also swept local body elections. There is no need for it to hide for any reason.

He further clarified that he is not going to attend the meeting of leaders of all parties as he was busy with the arrangements for inauguration of Kaleshwaram project on June 21st.
While everything is going well with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy and Modi, and even the PM also assured required support to AP, these kind of disturbances between TS CM and PM, may affect the state, in the long run. It is to be noted that one of the main reasons for TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu’s debacle in the elections, was due to his tiff with Modi.
