After Telangana formation, Chief Minister KCR was able to send TDP and YSRCP out of the state, and confine to the AP itself.
But this made, a few of the strong communities in the state, that are against TRS, pick Congress as an alternative. This has created tension among the TRS circles, as it would be tough to stop Congress, once it manages to form a strong ground in the state.
So recognizing the situation, KCR is now planning for an alternative. As YSRCP formed the government, with a massive victory in the AP elections, the Reddy community is all pumped up in Telangana. Unwilling to forgo all those voters to Congress, the TS CM is planning to divert them towards YSRCP, by seeking AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy to contest in Telangana.

As both the counter parts of Telugu states share a good rapport, KCR is anticipating that Jagan would not cross the border line, and bag only the votes of Congress into his kitty, and stay away from the TRS votes.
This is indeed a good sign for YSRCP to get a considerable share of voting in Telangana and thus show an impact in both the Telugu states. But with the schemes of AP government attracting the TS people too, will Jagan forgo the love of Telanganiites for KCR is a question.
