Telangana Chief Minister KCR is one among those few leaders of the country, who continually went against the BJP government and surprisingly still managed to survive in the government.
Before the elections, KCR was keen to form the third front, by pooling the regional party leaders of various states. But as there was not much response to it, the TS CM had to give up on the idea. Shockingly, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has retained his government, with a thumping majority across the country.
Even in Telangana, where the BJP’s base was anticipated to be lost, the Lotus party was able to win four MP seats. The election result further irritated KCR and went against the Centre, whenever there was any such opportunity.
Recently, the MPs of various opposition parties intended to form the Select Committee and thus go against the amendments, the Centre is planning to make in a few of the programs. Even the TRS MPs were part of it.
But, BJP leader Amit Shah recently spoke to KCR over the phone, requesting him for his support in the amendments. Especially, he stressed on the Information Act amendments, for which, KCR, who is known for his uncompromising nature, surprisingly gave his nod.

He assured his support to the Centre and asked all his party MPs to refrain from going against BJP. While the Lotus Party is planning to grow in Telangana and emerge as a strong party by the next elections, is the fresh friendly relation of KCR with the Lotus party, to impact the politics of Telangana in nay manner? Let’s see.
