Following certain remarks from BJP MP D Arvind, Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s daughter and TRS MLC, K Kavitha said that she would slap Arvind with her chappal, at a press meet on Friday. Kavitha said that she kept silent for a long time, but that she’s now had it, and that she wouldn’t be silent anymore.
Kavitha apparently reacted to a certain remark made by Arvind, where he said that CM KCR was “trading his daughter”, with respect to KCR’s claim that the BJP is targeting Kavitha to change her loyalties. Kavitha slammed Arvind for not respecting CM KCR, and for attacking her personally.
Kavitha even said that she would contest from wherever Arvind contests, in the 2023 elections, and would win against him. It is to be noted that Kavitha lost to Arvind in Nizamabad in the 2019 elections. Kavitha also clarified that she’s not interested in any other party, and that her loyalties will always lie with wherever her leader, KCR is.
