What is the future of the AP BJP senior leader Kanna Lakshmi Narayana? Is he going to remain silent? or Would he be made up for his demotion? These are the questions that are raised in the AP Political circles after Somu Veerraju was appointed as the new President of the AP BJP.
It is said that the BJP high command instructed Kanna to get off from the presidential duties and he will be given the posts of general secretary at the centre.With this, even if the state’s reins are gone, it is expected that Kanna will get a good recognition at the national level. With elections in Bihar, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal coming soon, the BJP is in dire need of leaders.
In addition to that, there are chances for the neighbouring state Tamilnadu, to avail services of Kanna.They actually did put him in the post of chief secretary. However, as the days go by, even Kanna was puzzled about the inconsistent position of this post. He seemed to be a tentative candidate for this post and the news is out that Kanna will be granted with no recognised post at the centre as well.
The main reason for this is that Kanna is not getting along with the BJP leaders whose word really matters at the national level in Delhi. Clash with GVL and the leader like Ram Madhav’s comments about Kanna that he acted as a mouthPiece to Chandra Babu Naidu brought a negative impression upon him at the centre and many people feel like Kanna is in a ‘perfect position’ he deserves at the moment.
