Young tiger NTR on Monday said he has tested positive for the novel coronavirus and is under the supervision of doctors. The 37-year-old actor took to Twitter to share his diagnosis and said he is following all the necessary protocols.
“I’ve tested positive for COVID-19. Please don’t worry, I’m doing absolutely fine. My family & I have isolated ourselves & we’re following all protocols under the supervision of doctors. I request those who’ve come into contact with me over the last few days to please get tested. Stay safe,” Tarak wrote.
The star, who was shooting for Rajamouli’s RRR, urged all those who came in contact with him to get themselves tested.
Jr NTR is the latest Tollywood celebrity to have tested positive for COVID-19 after Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde among others.
Work-wise, Jr NTR has a multi-lingual periodic drama ‘RRR’, directed by Rajamouli, set to release this year in theatres. He is also set to team up with Janatha Garage director Siva Koratala for his next project #NTR30.
