Earlier, reports claimed Pooja Hegde is in pole position to bag the female lead role in Mahesh Babu’s upcoming project SSMB28 which will be helmed by Trivikram.
Cut to now, it is being speculated that Bollywood diva Janhvi Kapoor will be pairing with Mahesh in the Trivikram directorial.
Janhvi’s Tollywood debut has been in the news for a while now but she did not give her nod to any Telugu biggie till date. The makers of SSMB28 seem to be interested in bringing the young beauty on-board for the project.
It is unclear if Janhvi is in consideration for the female lead role or the second fiddle role. One thing that is for certain is that Trivikram will have to pen an author-backed role if he is to lure Janhvi to sign the dotted line.
