The COVID is spreading at an unbelievable pace in Andhra Pradesh and Jagan’s government is just making the situation worse with their negligence and new decisions.
All these days, the recklessness of the ruling party leaders who organized meetings and celebrated their family occasions in the name of parties contributed to COVID-19 growth and now officially the YSRCP’s new decision is going to aid the spread of COVID-19 more efficiently. The AP State government on Saturday issued a memo, permitting the AP State Beverages Corporation Limited (APSBCL) to keep the liquor shops open till 9 pm.
After easing down the stringent lockdown restrictions, the AP government permitted liquor sale till 6 PM and during this unlock process, they extended the sale till 8 PM. Now, citing the finalization of accounts and integration of sale proceeds with the Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS) as the reason they extended it to another 1 hour.
Meanwhile, the opposition refused to buy the opposition’s version and demanded the closure of liquor shops in the normal time. They reminded Jagan about his promise of a complete liquor ban. Now, in this critical Pandemic period, this new decision of the YSRCP will definitely pose a threat to the AP people who are already suffering from the rapid spread of this deadly virus.
