Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s brother-in-law Brother Anil Kumar, has been issued a non-bailable warrant.
In 2009, Brother Anil distributed pamphlets in Khammam’s Karunagiri Church, requesting to vote for a particular political party. The act led to severe uproar and led to a case. As Brother skipped the hearing of the case in 2009, after a decade, he is now issued a non-bailable warrant and also asked him to attend the court hearing on Monday.
As YSRCP formed the government, there is an every chance for Sharmila’s husband to get the backing of the CM, due to which, getting away from the case is expected to be a cake walk for Brother Anil.
Adding to it, as the hearing of the case came into the picture after 10 years, no much trouble can be expected. But the only obligation he had is, attending the hearing this time, without giving a miss. Otherwise, the things may not be so easy as he expected it to be. So it should be seen, whether Anil takes a chance one more time, by skipping the hearing or respect the judiciary and attends as per the order of the court.
