TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu has recently requested Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for letting him use Prajavedika, beside his house in Amaravathi.
But Jagan seems to go against Naidu and is not willing to favor the opposition party leader in any manner. In Naidu’s regime, he constructed a residential building and also Prajavedika beside it.
The Prajavedika is being used for all the official meetings of TDP. Several leaders from the party assemble at the location and discuss about the party’s prospects and other political affairs. Now, as Naidu is no more a Chief Minister, he sought permission from the new CM Jagan, for continuing to use the place for TDP official meetings.
The YSRCP leaders are now considering the construction of official residence on the banks of the Krishna river as illegal. They are of the opinion that Jagan is not going to accept the request of Naidu under any circumstances.
While Jagan is planning to do the same, the YSRCP backed media is telecasting the stories against Naidu on the issue, hinting that the TDP Chief has no other option other than quitting the place. But a few of the TDP leaders are still hopeful of a positive reply from the young CM and so suggested Naidu to take a decision, only after a reply from the state government.
