After forming the government in the state, with a huge mandate in the elections, everyone felt that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would follow the footsteps of Telangana Chief Minister KCR, and perform operation Aakarsh, intending to rule the state as a supreme leader, with no strong opposition.
But nothing of that sort took place, as the dynamic CM announced that he is not going to invite any other party leaders into his party, unless they resign to their respective positions. But it seems, the young CM has finally decided to invite the TDP leaders into his party.
In the recent elections, YSRCP was able to win 8 out of 10 seats in Srikakulam. So the ruling party is now concentrating on the remaining two constituencies too, and regarding this, it is planning to invite a few of the key TDP leaders into YSRCP.

According to the sources, Jagan is planning to invite TDP leader Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu into his party, assuring him to give a Rajya Sabha seat. Kinjarapu won in the recent elections on the TDP ticket over the YSRCP candidate. So Jagan is anticipating that his entry into YSRCP would be a major jolt to Chandrababu Naidu’s party.
On the other side, Jagan has also decided to give a key position to the former union minister Kili Krupa Rani, who joined in the party, ahead of the elections. With several such acts, Jagan is planning to completely scrap TDP in the Northern part of Andhra.
