Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has showcased his good gestures towards the family of the official who died along with YS Rajashekar Reddy.
After reelecting as the Chief Minister of AP in 2009, ex-CM YSR had lost life in a flight collapse. An IAS officer Subramanyam who was assisting him also lost life in the accident. Jagan then promised that he would look after the family of him.
So keeping up his promise, Jagan in the position of a CM now, has reached out to the family and offered group-1 job to Subrahmanyam’s daughter Sindhu. There is a norm that the state government is supposed to provide employment to the families of the government employees, who die in the accident, based on the educational qualification of such family members.

But none of the governments after Subramanyam’s death took any such step to support Subramanyam’s family. Finally, Jagan acted as a savior. Considering it as a special case, Sindhu Subrahmanyam has been appointed as the deputy collector in the executive department of AP Civil Services.
The gesture of YSRCP government is winning appreciations from all over and hopes have been increased that he would come up with similar good gestures in his tenure as the CM.
