Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been quite disappointed with his party members on the whole for quite some time now, and especially with his party ministers and MLAs. Very famously, the YSRCP members have refused to be a part of the Gadapa Gadapaku program, with them having been a part of the program for only 17 out of 70 days.
Prior to that too, the members of the party were not very forthcoming in the CM’s plan to put into motion the campaign for the 2024 elections, with not many members showing any sort of interest is interacting with the people of the state. Having been fed up with the behavior of his party members, Jagan is said to have been quite serious with 27 MLAs, including 3 ministers today, at the meeting he held today, at his camp office in Tadepalli.
These 27 MLAs, including the 3 ministers, are said to have been told by the CM that they would be replaced in the 2024 elections due to their constant underperformance and behavioral issues, despite the many warnings they have received from the CM himself. This is going to have interesting repercussions for Jagan, as the cabinet reshuffling itself resulted in a lot of less than favorable consequences.
