Covid-19 is showing its effect on every part of the country and all the state Governments are on huge economical crisis due to this deadly virus outbreak. Till yesterday, Andhra Pradesh is in a better position when compared to other states and17 COVID-19 positive cases are reported all of a sudden this morning.
There are 178 possible COVID-19 positive suspects in the state and the state need huge amount of funds to manage the situation. There is a CM Relief Fund account to Andhra Pradesh but we all know that the donations wouldn’t fill at least 10% of the need.
So, Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy needs to step forward in this situation and ask the citizens for some donations personally. While Telangana Government deducted salaries from their government employees, the sources in AP say that no such process will take place in AP.
So, there is no other way for the AP government to manage this economic crisis other than asking the donors some funds. There is a lot of following for Jagan in Andhra Pradesh than any other political leader in the state and many businessmen, Cine actors, industrialists will definitely respond to his call and donate millions of rupees.
If that is not going to happen in the near future, one can say that Jagan failed terribly to deal with the situation and AP will have a tough period ahead.
