Jagan Interview: Don’t lose hope on Special Status

Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has given an interview to Times of India. In this he had mentioned many interesting aspects. He told that Amaravati is still a small village and it will take it many decades before it could even think of competing with Hyderabad.

Amaravati is an episode full of corruption and scams. I am not going to let the culprits go scot-free without paying the price for the misdeeds. For this sake I am appointing an SIT on further probe, said Jagan.

We are committed to development and are allotting land, water and electricity for their business running. All the other schemes that I am introducing are a result of what I have learner from the people I met in my Paada Yatras, adds Jagan Mohan Reddy. He clarifies that there are no secret agendas in his government. Chandra Babu Naidu has brought loans on a very high interest and it resulted in no savings.

This is why I am trying to implement schemes with low budget within whatever we have. That is why I am being very strict with the budgets without giving any high hopes and false promises to the people of my State, explains Jagan Mohan Reddy while asking not to give up so easily on Special Status yet. He has a point!!!
