The election prospects for Nandamuri Balayya in his own constituency Hindupuram seems tough this time.
Hindupuram people were identified as ardent supporters of Nandamuri family. Especially NTR used to witness a massive majority when he contested in Hindupuram. With the same confidence, even Balayya contested over there and got a good majority in 2014 elections. But the situations have rapidly changed this time.
In last five years, Balayya was rarely seen in Hindupuram and he completely ignored the development of his constituency. He failed in providing even the basic necessities like the drinking water, which severely impacted his image among the public now. In spite of being a huge star in the films, none of his political meetings in the recent times, have witnessed a huge turnout of public.
Adding to it, his aggressive attitude which he revealed in most of the meetings or functions he attended and most importantly the recent video, where Balayya was seen hitting the journalist and abusing him with cuss words, everything added up to the bad fate of the Nandamuri star.
It seems, even Balakrishna is aware of his debacle this time, and so in his recent meeting, when a few of his fans shouted that he would get a majority of 70000-80000, Balayya said that he might win, but may not get so much of majority. It is shocking to see a discouraging comment like this, from a person like Balakrishna.
Not stopping there, Balayya also asked to provide him name and address of everyone, so that he call kill those who said he would get so much of majority, if at all he doesn’t witness it after the elections result on May 23rd. However these comments were considered as jovial from the actor turned politician, but the fact is that its definitely not going to be a cake walk or Balayya this time.
