After the clash between the Indian soldiers and Chinese soldiers in Ladakh, Indian Government ordered the telecom operator BSNL to avoid using Chinese equipment for the 4G up-gradation work. It is known that the Chinese company Huawei is closely working with several Indian telecom operators like Airtel and Vodafone Idea. Apart from Huawei, another Chinese company ZTE is working with BSNL to upgrade the current equipment for 4G standards.
Regarding this, Indian Government ordered BSNL to stop using the Chinese equipment and mentioned that the nation can wait for 4G services rather than using the Chinese stuff. More over, in the last 2 days, Cyber attacks happened on Indian Government websites and majority of them traced back to central China.
Looks like China is using the cyber warfare apart from the physical clashes in the Northern India. Analysts are saying that the Indian Government may ban Chinese stuff in all of its public projects considering the security threat.
