TDP leader Chandra Babu Naidu was quite upset after the 2019 elections as the results were completely unexpected by TDP. The entire party took the opposition party status seriously and started working on building its strength for the next elections.
As a part of this process, Chandra Babu Naidu and few TDP leaders were visiting several places in Andhra Pradesh addressing the issues faced by the people. Now, the party leader is moving towards Amaravathi along with few MLAs and MLCs. As soon as the bus reached Venkata Palem, few protesters who are against Chandra Babu and TDP pelted stones on the vehicles.
Media sources mentioned that the glasses on the bus were damaged due to the attack. Critical situation was observed in that location and the Police officials went on with Lathi Charge. As per the media reports, Chandra Babu Naidu’s bus was allowed to move forward but the Police didn’t give permission for the other vehicles to go along with the bus in Venkata Palem.
