The friendship between Prabhas and Gopichand is well known to everyone. During the promotions of his upcoming movie Vishwam, Gopichand has once again expressed his admiration for his friend Prabhas.
In the early stages of his career, Gopichand portrayed villain roles, and he stated that he would be willing to play a villain in one of Prabhas’s films if asked. He mentioned that he don’t want to do villain roles right now. He added that for a villain role to be worthwhile, it needs to have depth and such roles aren’t coming his way. He said that however, if a villain role comes up in a movie with Prabhas, he would definitely consider it.
Gopichand reminded that he has done three villain roles in his career, noting that those characters left a lasting impression on audiences because they had significant depth. He acknowledged that even though he is currently acting as a hero, it is natural for some fans to wish to see him in villain roles again.
