Telangana CM Revanth Reddy is very particular about Hydra as he wants the agency to continue the corrective work against the illegal constructions in the city.
Now, Hydraa commissioner AV Ranganath has announced that work is underway to legalize the agency by presenting the bill in the parliament.
In the upcoming Telangana assembly session in October, the bill that legalizes Hydraa is bound to be presented.
Ranganath clarified that HYDRAA was formed by the state government through an executive resolution, making it a legal entity. “HYDRAA is operating within the law,” he stated. He also assured that the Chief Minister plans to introduce an ordinance soon, which will further solidify the agency’s legal standing.
Once Hydraa is regulated, its operations will be amplified further big time and this is going to be a big deal.
