The twin cities have shaken with the outburst of this deadly virus. Many Hyderabad residents have gone abroad and returned their homes amid corona crisis in other countries and that is one of the main reasons that made Hyderabad vulnerable to COVID-19.
On Friday, 75 cases were registered in Telangana and among them 27 registered in Hyderabad alone. In some areas, there are shops being opened even after the permitted time and the people are meeting on roads in groups in some lanes.
At this moment, there are 213 members admitted to Nizamia hospital, 39 in nature cure and 210 are in Sarojini hospital. With this huge spike of the COVID-19 patients in Hyderabad, there are great chances that these numbers will grow exponentially in upcoming days. The software sector is already taken a hit in these two weeks and now the economy of the city will be in big danger if the situation continues like this till the end of the month.
