Telangana Chief Minister KCR has recently conducted a survey in the Huzur Nagar constituency, about the by-election prospects of TRS. With the resignation of Congress leader Uttam Kumar Reddy, the Huzur Nagar constituency has fallen vacant and so the by-election has been announced recently.
While the TRS took no time to announce Saidi Reddy as its candidate, the Congress party is yet to announce a candidate for the election. Saidi Reddy has lost in the assembly elections of Telangana, held last year. So the TRS is expecting that the sympathy factor may work in favor of him, this time.

Adding to it, the people of Huzur Nagar, have expressed their discomfort with Uttam Kumar Reddy, as he allegedly couldn’t support the people in any manner, over the years. So, such negativity on the Congress party is also being anticipated to be a plus point to TRS.
Above all, the Telangana’s ruling party has won a majority of seats in the recent Panchayat elections, thus hinting that the similar result would be witnessed in the upcoming by-election too. That is the reason for KCR to consider Saidi Reddy as an appropriate candidate. The dynamic CM’s survey has been revealed that he would emerge victorious for sure.
