Like every week, the OTT platforms in India have released new and interesting content for their viewers. Let’s check out the new releases which premiered on digital streaming platforms this week.
Krishna Vrinda Vihari
Naga Shaurya and Shirley Setia starrer Krishna Vrinda Vihari, which was released in theatres on September 23, debuted on Netflix this week. Directed by Anish R. Krishna, the romantic comedy movie was released on OTT on October 24.
Jhansi (Telugu series)
Starring Anjali, Chandini Chowdary, Adarsh Balakrishna, among others in lead roles, the Telugu web series was released on Disney Plus Hotstar on 27th October. The show, directed by Thiru and Ganesh Kaarthick, is about a fearless lady cop who tackles a life-threatening situation after losing her memory.
Naane Varuven
Kollywood star Dhanush’s horror thriller film, which was released on 29th September, had a decent run at the box office. The movie had its OTT premiere on Amazon Prime Video on October 27. It is directed by Selvaraghavan.
The Good Nurse
The Good Nurse, which is the adaptation of Charles Graeber’s book “The Good Nurse: A True Story of Medicine, Madness, and Murder”, was released on Netflix on 26th October. Directed by Tobias Lindholm, the movie tells the true story of the most prolific serial killer in recorded history.
