Director Sailesh Kolanu, who received a lot of accolades for his debut flick Hit seem to be soaring high with hopes. It is learnt that he would be directing the same investigative thriller in Hindi by featuring Rajkummar Rao and the rights were also sold already. In the interim, the director had been working on the script of Hit sequel too for which Adavi Sesh would be starring as the lead.
Sailesh’s father had been associated with producer Dil Raju for a long time and hence the director got an opportunity to direct the Hindi remake with good support from the producer. It looks like the director is the golden boy for Dil Raju, who is now eyeing to work with well-known actors.
Now the hearsay from the grapevine of the industry is that the producer arranged a meet when he aspired to narrate a script, believed to be apt for Young Tiger NTR. Sailesh met NTR and narrated the basic plot, which seemingly intrigued the actor.
NTR is super busy with too much on his plate. He is preoccupied with the shoot of RRR and a film with Trivikram is underway too. Further details of when Sailesh would team up with NTR is yet to be announced officially.
